Discovery Duration
The length of the discovery engagement varies based on the number and complexity of processes being reviewed.
One to two processes – typically completed in 1 day
Three to five processes – typically completed in 2–3 days
Comprehensive workflow review (six or more processes) – 3+ days, depending on scope
